The design features a vaulted ceiling with large format glazing and sliding doors looking to the rear garden. The extension links to the dining room and kitchen, with some internal walls removed, creating a contemporary, open plan space. As part of our normal design service we looked at various design options, mainly focussing on how the roof would best work with the existing pitched roofs on 3 sides. Together with the client, we opted for a pitched, vaulted roof creating a fantastic spacious internal room.
