Our client wanted to extend their house to create a large, open plan living/dining kitchen space and maximise their views. The house is located on the brow of a hill and views stretch over north east Fife and over to the Sidlaw hills.
our planned approach
We discussed their requirements in detail and provided several differing, contemporary options for consideration, eventually settling on the current design featuring a glazed north facing facade with stone chimney breast feature and raised terrace surrounding the extension.
