We provided various options for extending to either side of the house in varying styles. We settled on this extension, clad in a classic natural zinc with stone base and aluminium trims matching the doors and windows. The extension forms the dining room with existing kitchen space re-planned and opened up to the extension. Bi-folding doors open the space up to a new external terrace which has incredible views over the river and to Dundee. Further work was also carried out throughout the house such as adding sliding pocket doors to open the living room to the kitchen and new external doors linking the study to the garden on the opposite side of the house.
